Cardi B and Offset’s already messy split just got even nastier!
Cardi took to Instagram Live, accusing Offset of trying to manipulate and threaten her as their high-profile divorce heats up.
“…Ni**as think that they can f*** on anything but when I start talking to ni**as… you want to play those games with me?” Cardi fumed to her fans.
“We gon’ play those games too. Since you want to f***in’ play games with me, talkin’ bout you wanna take my s***?… Why can’t you move on?”
Offset, who was also tuned into Cardi’s live, didn’t hold back, dropping a bombshell allegation in the comments: “U f***ed with a baby inside, tell the truth!!”
This fiery exchange comes just weeks after Cardi revealed she was pregnant with their third child, shortly after filing for divorce in July.
Cardi and Offset, whose birth names are Belcalis Almanzar and Kiari Cephus respectively, also share two other children: 6-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave.
The pair, who secretly wed in 2017, have faced ongoing cheating allegations throughout their relationship but always maintained innocence.
This isn’t the first time Cardi has sought a legal separation from the Migos rapper. She previously filed for divorce in 2020, citing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Last year, hints of ongoing marital issues surfaced when the couple unfollowed each other on social media and posted cryptic messages about outgrowing relationships.
The relationship faced public scrutiny when rapper Blueface alleged that Offset had been unfaithful with Blueface’s partner, Crisean. Offset vehemently denied the allegations, saying, “I ain’t never talk [to] or touch that lady.”
The couple, who reconciled after announcing their split in 2018 and subsequently reversing a 2020 divorce filing, faced another public test last June. Offset accused Cardi of infidelity in a now-deleted Instagram Story, prompting a heated exchange on Twitter Spaces.
Cardi responded with a song and stern words directed at Offset.
