Former Destiny’s Child stars —Kelly Rowland, Beyoncé Knowles, and Michelle Williams—came together to serenade music producer Tim Weatherspoon on his milestone 50th birthday.
Rowland orchestrated an extravagant all-black affair at L.A.’s Fleur Room for her hubby over the weekend, drawing in a crowd of Hollywood A-listers, including Jay Z, Bresha Webb, The Weeknd, Lance Gross, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, and more.
The birthday bash, skillfully organised by Roc Nation’s Lenny Santiago, Carver Green, and Rowland herself, featured the couple’s children, Titan, 9, and Noah, 3, actively participating in the celebration.
A source revealed that the Destiny’s Child reunion was a standout moment, leaving a lasting impression on the partygoers.
“Kelly and Tim’s sons joined them to blow out their father’s candles,” the insider allegedly told Page Six.
Post festivities, Rowland took to social media, sharing glimpses of her glamorous outfit and snapshots from the event.
The venue was adorned with elegant black tablecloths, a golden disco ball, twinkling lights displaying “TW50,” casino-themed elements, and limited-edition Dusse bottles.
Despite Destiny’s Child’s last official collaboration in 2005, the bond among Knowles, Williams, and Rowland has remained strong.
In a heartwarming display of friendship, Knowles and Williams rushed to be by Rowland’s side during the birth of her youngest son in January 2021.
Fuelling hopes for a possible reunion, Williams playfully hinted at the idea in May 2021, stating, “[It] could be kind of fly.”
